When everything feels uncertain, begin with what has survived uncertainty before.

History has never been without instability.

Yet across centuries of economic crises, political change and shifting markets, one asset has endured—not because it is fashionable, but because it is trusted.

Dubai Gold Week 2026
is built around what endures.

THE RETREAT

The most valuable conversations rarely happen on the conference floor.

They happen privately―between credible people, with the time and discretion to speak openly and plan forward effectively.

Dubai Gold Week brings 20 selected participants together for five days of knowledge exchange, confidential roundtables and relationship-building across the international gold and metals value chain at the heart of Dubai’s commodities ecosystem.

The intention is to establish a trusted working group capable of developing lasting commercial, institutional and strategic relationships.

THE FOCUS

Most industry events create introductions. Few create alignment.

Dubai Gold Week is the private layer around the public conference experience: a focused environment where selected participants can examine opportunities, test ideas, build trust and determine where their interests genuinely align.

TWENTY PARTICIPANTS. FIVE DAYS. NO PASSIVE ATTENDANCE.

FAQs

Who is Dubai Gold Week intended for?

Dubai Gold Week is intended for established professionals and relevant decision-makers across bullion, doré, mining, refining, banking, trading, investment, logistics, technology, compliance, regulation and international trade. Applicants should be able to demonstrate sector relevance, professional credibility and a meaningful contribution to the group.

Is the retreat open to the public?

No. Dubai Gold Week is a private, application-led retreat limited to 20 selected participants. Attendance is reserved for applicants who meet the retreat’s professional, suitability and due-diligence requirements.

Why are only 20 participants selected?

Limiting participation allows meaningful discussion, genuine relationship-building and productive collaboration. Every participant influences the quality of the room, which is why numbers are intentionally kept small.

Does applying guarantee attendance?

No. Submitting an application or expression of interest does not guarantee acceptance. Each applicant will be reviewed individually based on their professional background, industry relevance, potential contribution, logistical readiness and suitability for the group.

Why is the application reviewed individually?

Dubai Gold Week is designed around relevance rather than volume. Every application is reviewed individually to ensure participants bring complementary experience, credibility and value to the wider group.

What is included in the £6,500 participation fee?

The participation fee includes:

- The five-day private retreat programme
- Six nights’ full-board accommodation at SO/ Uptown Dubai (single occupancy)
- Admission to the Dubai Precious Metals Conference 2026
- Private roundtables and scheduled group sessions
- Organised hospitality and programme activities
- Private Dubai airport transfers to and from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and scheduled ground transportation
- Retreat materials and participant support.

Final activities remain subject to confirmation, availability and participant suitability.

Additional nights or room upgrades can be arranged and purchased separately.

What is NOT included in the £6,500 participation fee?

The participation fee does NOT include:

- Alcohol and drinks outside the set organised dining arrangments
- Mid-day treats or food outside the set organised dining arrangements
- Minibar, room service and personal hotel charges
- Personal expenses

Are flights included?

No. International and domestic flights are not included. Participants are also responsible for visas, travel insurance, personal expenditure and any travel arrangements outside the official retreat programme.

Can my organisation pay on my behalf?

Yes. The participation fee may be paid by an employer, company, institution or approved sponsoring organisation. The participant must still complete the individual application, suitability and due-diligence process.

What passport and visa requirements apply?

Participants must hold a passport valid for at least six months from their date of entry into the UAE. Visa requirements vary according to nationality, country of residence and passport type, so each participant is responsible for confirming and completing the entry requirements applicable to them before travelling. Current requirements should be checked directly with the UAE authorities or the relevant embassy before booking travel.

Is attendance at the full programme required?

Yes. Participants are expected to attend and contribute throughout the full private programme. Full participation is important to the quality of the discussions, the development of trust within the group and the retreat’s intended long-term outcomes.

How will confidential discussions be protected?

Participants may be required to agree to confidentiality and conduct provisions before attending. Information shared during closed discussions must not be disclosed, recorded, distributed or attributed outside the group without the express permission of the relevant participants. Confidentiality obligations do not prevent disclosures required by law, regulation or competent authorities.

Is participation in any future company guaranteed?

No. Attendance does not guarantee shares, equity, employment, investment returns or participation in any future company, transaction or commercial initiative. Any future opportunity would be considered separately and remain subject to suitability, active contribution, due diligence, commercial agreement, governance arrangements and definitive legal documentation.

What due-diligence information will be requested?

Shortlisted applicants may be asked to provide:

A place is secured only after the Participation Agreement has been signed and the required payment received. Cancellation, substitution and refund provisions are governed by the signed Participation Agreement and applicable law.
